SHIPPING POLICY
As everything we produce we make custom please allow for 3-10 business days lead time. For larger 3D printed orders there may be additional delays. If you have any concerns please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Like you, I'm a gamer myself and quality is very important to me. Everything we create, I use personally. Before anything ships, I'll ask myself, "Would I enjoy using this? Would I purchase this?". If either answer is no, then it shouldn't leave the shop. But if by chance something does make it out and you're not satisfied with the end product, please contact us with pictures and the order number and we'll do what needs to be done to rectify the issue.
